Windmill Bakery is run by a father and daughter team, Paul and Lucy, with a lot of help and support from their family.
Everyone at the Windmill Bakery works hard to provide the local area with fresh bread and cakes. We are a traditional bakery which makes all of our bread and cakes on site. The flour delivery comes once a week and the ovens are fired up every night for fresh bread and donuts ready for the morning!
Although the produce is mainly of a traditional style you will often see some new lines introduced. A current favourite being the Rye Sour Dough Loaf and Olive Bread.
At the beginning of 2014 Paul and Lucy opened a second shop in Warboys, which has the joy of benefiting from a small tea room.
